We were thrilled to be the Charity Partner at this year’s Turosi Giving Charity Ball, held at the iconic Melbourne Town Hall on Saturday evening.
Turosi Giving embodies the spirit of making a positive difference for those in need across our country. It takes a village to raise a child, and what an incredible community effort this was! Thanks to the overwhelming generosity of everyone who attended, an incredible $200,000 was raised for Lighthouse. These vital funds will go directly towards providing therapeutic care and support to the children and young people in our care.
A heartfelt thank you to our Graduate Patron, Christine Campbell, for courageously sharing her personal story with hundreds of guests—it was truly inspiring. We’re also deeply grateful to our wonderful supporters: Lighthouse Patron Jo Stanley, who was our fantastic MC; Auctioneer Extraordinaire John Rombotis; Lighthouse Patron Sally Capp AO; Board Member Kristiana Greenwood GAICD; and long-term partners Tina Nettlefold and Barclay whose dedication to donating and purchasing auction items contributed to the success of the night.
